My campaign slogan is “Planning for the Future”, which is what I’ve been doing and will continue to do when I’m elected to city council.
My goal has always been to make Shelbyville a place my children would want to raise their family.
When I was first elected to city council, I started the 7th Street Corridor Plan. My main concern being a gateway to the city and an entrance from downtown to our park. I’m happy to say, the 7th Street Corridor Renovation is complete, along with the Shelbyville Conference and Welcome Center.

Over the years, with the help of all the council members I've grown in my knowledge, and appreciation of city government . My experience in working on nearly every committee that serves the city has prepared me to serve as your council member.
